		<description>Schilling on the bench NOT pitching is almost as valuable as him pitching. This man prepares for every game as if he is getting the ball 30 seconds before the first pitch. Having him around with the team, even if its just home games or down at McCoy for a bit, does wonders for the experience and mental toughness these kids can get from a guy like him. You give Buchholz to Schill as his "earn your money by helping this kid" kind of deal Clay will go from impressive to a comodity.</description>
